She’s passionate about creating, influencing and leading change through co-creation and deep engagement. Harnessing change and training strategies helped build a data-led cultural transformation at Swinburne, including developing growing a 900 strong data community and multi-level data understanding and capability. As the Director of Change in Swinburne University IT, she created a new change management capability and service for the university, building in a people focus on the design and delivery of transformation projects. As one of the founders of The Data Experience, Michele brings together change, strategy, coaching and training consulting capabilities for clients to help them make the very most of their data change. Michele has worked across a range of industries including banking, insurance, education and community sectors. She is certified in change, training and coaching and she holds degrees in History, and Leadership and Innovation.
